General Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies only to Loose Bag o’ Nuts (LBN) products.
Products from other brands sold on our site are not covered under this policy. For refunds or replacements for non-LBN products, please contact the respective brand directly.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Damaged Items:
If more than three items arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged items or issue a store credit equivalent to their value.
If fewer than three items are damaged, we will issue a store credit or refund for the damaged items, but we cannot ship individual replacements.
Please provide photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to process your request.
Missing Deliveries:
If your package hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of being marked as delivered, please contact us.
For lost deliveries, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened items.

Photos of the product(s), if applicable
A brief description of the issue

Refunds for discretionary returns are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of $6.99.
Sale items, bundles, and double-packs are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued as store credit and are non-redeemable for cash.
