General Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy applies only to Loose Bag o’ Nuts (LBN) products.

  • Products from other brands sold on our site are not covered under this policy. For refunds or replacements for non-LBN products, please contact the respective brand directly.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

  • Damaged Items:

    • If more than three items arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged items or issue a store credit equivalent to their value.

    • If fewer than three items are damaged, we will issue a store credit or refund for the damaged items, but we cannot ship individual replacements.

    • Please provide photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to process your request.

  • Missing Deliveries:

    • If your package hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of being marked as delivered, please contact us.

    • For lost deliveries, we will provide a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened items.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at loosebagonuts@outlook.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product(s), if applicable

    • A brief description of the issue

Additional Notes

  • Refunds for discretionary returns are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of $6.99.

  • Sale items, bundles, and double-packs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit and are non-redeemable for cash.
